James, Regulus, and Lily go as Nightwing (J), Wally West (R), and Starfire (L). It was James' year to pick the couples costume and he's super into comics. They dress little baby Harry up as Beast Boy cause he's Harry's favorite and he matches.

Sirius hears that James is going superheros so he convinces Remus and Peter to do the theme too. Sirius goes as Superboy, Conner Kent, and Remus to go as Red Robin, Tim Drake, and Peter goes as Bernard. Remus doesn't care much about costumes or Halloween, just as long as Sirius and Peter are happy.

Mary goes as Glinda cause she's obsessed with the Wicked movie and loves Glinda's dress. She made it herself and was a huge hit with kids. She ends up meeting a beautiful girl at the party named Emmeline who goes as Elphaba and even gets her number.

Marlene and Dorcas end up unintentionally matching as a pirate (M) and a siren mermaid (D). They laugh about it and definitely end up kissing and confessing about their long term crushes because of it.

Pandora and Xeno dress little Luna up as Alice in Wonderland and they go as the Queen of Hearts (P) and the Mad Hatter (X). It really fits their vibes and they go all out with makeup and accessories.

Evan goes as Pennywise every single year. By his logic, he found a good costume, why change? He also enjoys scaring little kids cause he's just like that.

Barty's is really specific. I saw this fun Chain Chomp from Mario cosplay on Pinterest and immediately thought of Barty so that's his now.

I know some of these wouldn't be around in 1981 but shhhhh it's my post. Also I've been really into DC, that's why there is a lot of DC :)

Jegulus

James and Regulus dated for a few years, before Regulus got into Death Eater stuff. They were on and off, and his love for James was what eventually led Regulus to try and stop Voldemort, which killed him. James was wrecked, and Lily was often there, comforting him in his darkest moments when he felt like there was nothing left to live for.

Pandalily

Pandora and Lily dated through most of their years in Hogwarts. They were in love when they left, and had plans to move in together. Soon after they left, however, Regulus died, leaving James in a state of distress. Lily was nearest, and her plans with Pandora were put on pause as she tended to her friend. They stopped being able to spend time together, and in their time apart, began to fall for Xenophilius and James. They broke apart with heavy hearts and stayed good friends until they both died.

Wolfstar

Remus and Sirius dated through almost of their years at Hogwarts. They moved in together when they left, and had plans of having a 'wedding', though it was not yet legal. Then, Sirius was sent to Azkaban. Remus, heartbroken and alone, not even his friends, who were now dead, to comfort him. After many, many years, he fell in love with Nymphadora Tonks, and married her. When Sirius came back, they both agreed it was too chaotic to address what they had, and soon after, Sirius died.

Rosekiller

Barty and Evan started dating later in their Hogwarts years, though they hooked up often before. Once they became Death Eaters, they kept their relationship very quiet. After Regulus died, and Pandora left, they both did the only thing they knew how to: keep going. They got caught up in everything, trying to forget their past, and in turn, each other. Specifically, whatever they had felt for one another. And eventually, they became numb.

Dorlene

The pair dated through many of their Hogwarts years, but when the war started, they stopped having time to talk. They both changed throughout the war, and Dorcas and Marlene began to drift apart. They tried to reconnect, but then the war tore them apart once more, and they became consumed in fighting. Soon, they both were killed in the war.

Maryline

Mary and Emmeline dated for a good period of time, however after Hogwarts, they faced the brutal reality of the world. They both fought in the war, though Mary quickly saw almost all of her friends die. She begged Emmeline to leave with her before it was too late, but Emmeline refused. Mary left with a broken heart, and soon after Emmeline was killed. Mary cut herself off, too broken and alone to fight.

in that universe, where lily not a mother, she's working as teacher to middle schoolers. and one day there's a gorgeous woman at the door of her class.

narcissa is a single mother who adores her son so much that she would do everything for him. including going out to some stupid school events. but also, she's a businesswoman, always wearing perfect suits and silver glasses.

I see them as two aroace besties, who fall in love with each other because of that comfort they provide.

those two lives for gossip. they love to know everything about everyone. also they attend every existing event in their area.

but also they're can keep secrets so well, all their friends can come to their gorgeous flat with dozens of flowers, being spoiled with tea and cookies, so girls can listen about their struggles and give some advises.
