Ingredients: 2 cups heavy cream. 1 cup whole milk. 3/4 cup granulated sugar. 1/4 cup cocoa powder. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 cup mini marshmallows. 1/4 cup chocolate chips. 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers.
Instructions: Put heavy cream, whole milk, granulated sugar, and cocoa powder in a saucepan. Stir the mixture all the time over medium-low heat until it comes to a simmer. Now take it off the heat and mix in the vanilla extract. Move the mixture to a bowl and leave it there to cool down completely. After the mixture has cooled, use an ice cream maker and follow the directions on the box. Place mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and crushed graham crackers in the bowl during the last few minutes of churning. Put the ice cream in a container that can go in the freezer. Freeze it for at least 4 hours, or until it is firm. Put extra marshmallows, chocolate chips, and graham cracker crumbs on top of the ice cream scoops.
