These juicy garlic and herb grilled lamb chops are bursting with flavor and make for a delicious main course. The marinade infuses the lamb chops with garlic, rosemary, and thyme, resulting in a mouthwatering dish that's perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients: 8 lamb chops. 4 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Olive oil, chopped rosemary and thyme, salt, and pepper should all be mixed together in a small bowl. Cover both sides of the lamb chops with the mixture and rub it in evenly. In the fridge, let the lamb chops sit for at least 30 minutes and up to 2 hours. Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. Grill the lamb chops for three to four minutes on each side, or until they are done the way you like them. Take them off the grill and give them a minute or two to rest before you serve them.
