The Art of Smelling
Although all four dragon species have their unique traits to show off, the Arthrodracos (Mranvu in their own tongue) seem to dial it higher than the rest at times
Case in point: smelling.
Arthrodracos don't actually have noses. Evolved for underwater hunting, they use a much larger area to detect chemical signals - the inside of their mouths and their tongue. Generally, it is enough to just slightly open their jaws and flick their tongues in and out a couple of times. But when Mranvus really want to smell something, they readily employ their entire jawset - all three layers of it. Them simply enjoying the fragrance of a well-made meal could leave innocent bystanders with emotional scars. Especially deeper in the mainland, where Arthrodracos are rare as the white raven.
Please remember that if you see a Mranvu impersonating some kind of alien monstrosity from a horror movie, it is far more likely that they are only smelling the air. Screaming is impolite.
