On hot summer days, these mango popsicles are a great way to cool off. They're simple to make, fruity, and creamy!
Ingredients: 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced. 1/2 cup coconut milk. 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup. 1 tablespoon lime juice.
Instructions: Diced mangoes, coconut milk, honey or maple syrup, and lime juice should all be put in a blender. Mix until it's creamy and smooth. Place the mix into popsicle molds. Place a popsicle stick in each mold. Put it in the freezer for at least four hours, or until it's solid. Take the popsicles out of the molds and enjoy once they are frozen.
