Made-in-Manetheren
I've wanted to ditch my old one for a while, since I haven't been a Potterhead in many years. But since that was my original Tumblr, coming up with a new one has been surprisingly challenging. Until this came out of my mouth tonight while chatting with my husband π₯° The wheel weaves as the wheel wills.

Weep for Manetheren
Do you ever think about Manetheren and go a little crazy because holy shit nobody came and helped them but they managed to hold out for DAYS against an army of Trollocs
I mean I know that Moiraine is the Aes Sedai and has to be the wise, knowledgeable one, but I really think that if anyone is liable to know about Manetheren and the legendary battle there, it would be the people who live on the site of it and are directly descended from its inhabitants. Like if "Manetheren" were really just a bunch of random nonsense syllables to the Emond's Fielders, their folksong would have changed over 3,000 years.
