There are yoga mats and then there are mats that grow with you. I want to thank @mandukayoga for making the best mats in the market. When I decided to take on the practice, the ones I had were ripping, and lifting. They would get stuck to me and it made the practice twice as challenging. And simply annoying. So I went on the hunt looking to invest on something that was going be with me for the long haul. That's when I found Manduka and have been a fan every since. I own both the Pro and the Pro-lite. The Pro never leaves my house its really heavy. The Pro-lite is better to take with you. They also have a begginers mat and for hot yoga.
