Looking forward to getting back into handstand practise soon. My left wrist has been recovering for the past 6 months from a f2h niggle while teaching. While I've managed to keep on basing hand-to-hand, doing handstands myself was too much for it. This pic was taken about 5 months ago. . . Another #SoulCircus collaboration with an amazing couple. Two Dharma Mittra teachers who honoured us with their presence in Sunday's AcroYogaDance workshop.  The incredible 🕉️🌈@ambrasana in the air on this one and the multi talented 📸🌠 @fabiofilippi behind the camera . . This posture began as an idea we explored while choreographing a beautiful music video in aid of 🐾@world_animal_protection early this year (🎬Coming soon!!)  Ambra had got in touch after the directors asked her for #AcroYoga 🙌 This was one of those experiments that wasn't quite working though, neither the pose or the transition into it.  Sometimes that happens, but if you walk away and come back to it often enough, possibilities shift.   So, with an epic photographer like Fabio on hand, Ambra was super keen to give it another try, and with the magical vibes of 🎪@soulcircusfestival it finally fell into place☀️ . . Shooting new AcroYogaDance tutorials yesterday. Supepremely grateful for lifes opportunities to be creative. The only subjects I loved at school were art and pe. I had no idea if or how I'd combine them later in life. Martial arts was a combination and one I still love but I had no idea AcroYogaDance would emerge the way it has, combining another long time passion of yoga.
