I sped-write like two chapters in one day, so hopefully I’ll update quickly.

Interesting question, I have thought about this before since it's left so vague in the show.

I honestly believe they met at Blake when he moved to Buenos Aires. He would befriend Gastón there and he just might have convinced him to try skating so they went to Jam & Roller and they saw Ámbar there as well. Maybe Matteo started noticing she was the top of her class and be one of the best skaters in Roller and decided, she could a good match.

I don't think they were ever really in love, that they were drawn to each other because they were alike. As in trying to be the best in everything they do and boast about it. So it would make sense if they got together.

It seems like they've been on and off for a few years before the show started so maybe once Matteo realized he was going to live in the city for a while, he thought it might be time for a girlfriend and immediately thinks of Ámbar so he asks her out. Ámbar would be happy he did, it feels like a accomplishment. I'm thinking they're maybe 14-15 years old when they go on their first date.

I don't see them asking their parents for advice so they go off of what they know about dating and they might go on their first date because they seem to fit together.

My assumption is that Matteo only has his dad and I honestly don't see him telling hia dad he has a girlfriend so I think Ámbar may have never met the man. I also don't think he would want people to know what his dad is like so he tends to avoid having people over at his house. Ámbar and Matteo would mostly hang out at the Benson mansion to Sharon's annoyance of course.

Matteo might meet Sharon when Ámbar knows it's a relationship she would approve of. So Ámbar would tell her his dad is a diplomat, Sharon would approve but not say it out loud.

I don't think she would frankly care if was it Matteo or Simon and long as she got the spotlight.

I love them so much, they're one of my all time OTPs, flawless, excellent, never been done before. I literally started watching Soy Luna because of them, like, I wouldn't be here if Simbar had never happened.

My only thought on Bembar is *vomits*. Benicio is a crime against humanity.

Mambar is interesting and, even though Ámbar and Matteo as a couple is an absolute no for me, they are fun to watch. They're just two divas gaslighting gatekeeping girlbossing. Also, I can see some genuine affection between them, and give me some good material for character analysis, what with them being together because of status etc.

Speaking of fanon Ámbar ships, I guess the most popular ones are Lumbar, Rambar and Ambilia, so I'll talk about them.

I love the sisterly (cousinly?) relationship between Ámbar and Luna and I don't see them romantically. And, I mean, I've said a million times that I'm an aromantic Luna truther.

Rambar is an underrated friendship, and while I don't ship them, I think it would've been interesting if the show had tried pairing Ámbar and Ramiro for a while, just for funsies. That being said, I headcanon Ramiro as gay.
