Rocky is in the same maths class as Billy. As in, Billy Cranston, kid genius. Plus, he's a skilled martial artist that won a competition on screen and has won many more back in Stone Canyon. He can hold his own against the likes to Jason and Tommy physically and is on the same level mentally as Billy (though the latter part is very downplayed due to his 'goofball' role)

He could've gotten a scholarship to some college and had a whole moral dilemma over his work as a ranger-bonus if it means moving away and it'd help support his family. He could've pulled an Omega. He could've been offered to take his sports to the next level like Kim

But no! They decided to have him literally throw himself out of the show ring and willingly give his role up to a literal child. Heck! They could've still given him a supporting role by having him get kidnapped with Jason and Kim! BUT NO!

Power Rangers: Turbo TV Show & Movie

What if Divatox and Maligore were far more threatening as villians? What if they served as the Grand Monarch's heralds, the Silver Surfers to the Dark Specter's Galactus?

Gekisou Sentai Carranger (Racing Squad Car-Ranger) 20th Super Sentai. Source material for Power Rangers Turbo. This is the entry that brought Super Sentai back from the brink of extinction (which is ironic since Turbo almost killed Power Rangers). Carranger is unique in that it is simultaneously a serious entry and a parody of the franchise.

No space pirates. No family of space pirates. No Divatox. No Mama D. No Maligore. No terrible movie with practically no actual Power Rangers even though it claimed to be "A Power Rangers Movie" in the title. Oh and no Dimitria, Alpha 6, Piranhatrons, or Putra Pods.

The Universal Reckless Driving Tribe Bykergang has been rampaging through the cosmos looting and blowing up every planet they come by, next stop Earth! Just by chance a survivor from the last planet they destroyed has also made it to Earth and imbued five unremarkable civilians that work at an auto shop with Car Magic so that they may repel the threat.

So yeah, Space Bikers have come to destroy Earth. There is a busty villainess, Beauty Zonnette, that most likely inspired Divatox, but she isn't the de facto leader, albeit she often gets her way. The Space Bikers are lead by President Gynamo (used for Rygog) and Deputy Leader Zelmoda (used for Elgar). Also, they look more menacing in the source material.  Furthermore, the monsters of the week were in fact just Space Bikers and the way they grew definitely was not torpedoes. The foot soldiers in this entry are the Combatant Wumpers which were used as Chromites in Turbo. They are not robots and are usually seen either hanging around the enemy base or being expelled from a jar like aquatic pets. English subs are complete! Go watch it!
