alastor with different hair. ponytail alastor and alastor with his alive self's hair texture are the only two modifications i accept as valid. making his hair short? awful. changing his hair color/texture when hes alive? no. cmon let him be pretty as he is in peace. the fuckass bob is an integral part of his character design and matches his ears. hes aroace he doesnt WANT people to like his hair okay. (the same-haircut-but-in-a-ponytail is so fucking good. but lets be real alastor would not do that without some significant Situation to be in because it makes him look sexier and he wants the exact opposite of that)

alastor with a mustache. i see the vision i really do. unfortunately it looks terrible. let the man be clean shaven. its the canon choice he made and i support him 100%. the mustache just doesnt look like him and also looks worse. i stand by this opinion.

lucifer with a nose. there are characters in the show where its unclear if the nose is not there or just not drawn (like velvette). lucifer is NOT one of those. we see him clearly in profile close up and his face is CONCAVE where his nose would be. he is explicitly and specifically noseless. HE IS ALSO NOT HUMAN

on an unrelated note, half of yalls shipping art alastors are extremely ooc. its not about with whom its about He Would Not Be Making That Facial Expression. believe it or not a smile is not the only thing that qualifies an expression as alastor-like or not. you know how husk makes a :\ face while moving into a group hug with alastor when he reappears in s1 finale? alastor himself is the same way. he would die before he shows mushiness. the mushiest he gets is the scene with niffty at the start of s1 finale and he sounds sarcastic throughout. yall are not drawing alastor yall are drawing his parallel universe doppelganger

speaking of redesigns. i have seen like one (1) fanart actually labeled 'redesign' that was actually good. the rest of yall dont understand shit. stop insisting the original designs are bad and you can improve them. until you recognize that they are good and why they are good all you are doing is proving your ignorance.
