I dont think your view on Batgirl in Batgirlmobile was totally correct. I think the episode was moreso about Batgirl having a learning moment that she has to drive differently then she does with her motorcycle and that Bam is far more complex. This was her first time driving the batmobile..
Ok but she didnt learn anything first off, and Bam adapted himself to her. Batgirl didnt actually learn how Bam works because Bam just learned the stuff she usually does on her motorcycle... lol?
The episode was literally about Bam learning how to keep Batgirl happy instead of Batgirl learning about how Bam works and actually learning how to drive him. How are you a grown woman and blame the CAR when you can't drive. Who the fuck drives like an idiot and then puts the blame on the car?? "First time driving the batmobile" what she did was barely driving. She was just yanking the wheel and treating Bam like a rally sedan. And then got mad bc hes not suitable for stunt driving.
What happened in this episode was not a learning experience and not trying something new. It was a one sided issue by batgirl and a one sided solution by Bam. They tried making Bam the problem when its abundantly clear the issue is not within Bam at all. He cant help the way he was created, he is a car unable to vocally defend himself. And on top of that hes a growing child who already has a ton of pressure in his neck. And now he has to solve someone elses issues that he literally cant help.
Hottake maybe, but no matter what you say, this episode was not about teamwork. Teamwork needs to be mutual. When you learn about one another, help each other thru the tough shit and and regocnize it when youre doing something wrong, youre doing teamwork. One person being forced to adapt to the other person is not teamwork. The fact that Bam had to adapt to Batgirl because otherwise he couldnt work with her... that aint teamwork and no one is ever going to tell me it is.
Batgirl needed to learn how Bam works, that would have made for a better episode. Hill i will die and rot on.
