I don't think my FitBit accurately tracks steps while pushing a stroller, but got in a decent walk even though my heart rate stayed pretty low. It was nice to get out and enjoy the beautiful weather while it lasts 💕🌞
The one major problem with paleo and keto diets being so popular in the land of healthy eating is that I can find a million low carb, moderate-high fat recipes or protein bars etc, but it's an effort to find things that are a bit more balanced. I just want to fit into my macro goals for the day without blowing all my fat in one snack... I'm open to recommendations.
typical monday meal prep. made seasoned rice, bok choy, and chicken. later in the week i’ll make some fried rice w high protein tofu from trader joe’s. also got 3lbs of kiwi for lunches this week 😋
feeling beefy today, weighed in at 142.2 lbs. not gaining as much as I want but also not losing so that’s great. plus my lifts have been going well and my muscles are growing so I know I’m on the right track 😊

Would have liked to see a little more progress than this my first week in, but there was that birthday party on Wednesday and I haven't felt deprived at all this week. Loving the IIFYM program!
