Made a little height chart for the companions of fallout 4 + dlc companions, all excluding dog meat, who is a German Shepherd and the normal automaton. This height chart is not completely accurate or, if at all, since I'm using headcannons, but since we aren't given any true heights, I'm going with what I got.
Also, I want to note that Ada and Codsworth can be modified into different robot forms, but I chose the sentry bot build.
I also want to note that i usually headcannon power armor as being larger than what is stated in Canon being 7 feet. Due to a mix of their size, looking varied in some showings and different power armor types, simply looking larger than others.
