I hope we're going to get Mack all guilty and tending to Ross when he pushes him off the ledge but by the looks of it Kev will be there instead.

Mack says he trusted Ross and thought they were friends. Something about how he can't trust people since John.

Ross says he never meant to hurt Mack and that they are friends.

Mack says he doesn't believe him and thinks it was all a sham. That Ross only made friends with him to get close to Charity/Leyla and hide the affair.

Ross protests and says he tried to get Charity to confess the truth to Mack. That she tried to buy him off and he refused.

Mack asks if that's supposed to make him feel better. He says that Ross didn't confess though so whatever he told Charity, it doesn't matter.

Ross says it wasn't his secret to tell. He wanted to tell Mack and was going to, but he saw how hurt Mack was when he realised he wasn't the father. He knew how devastating it would be to Mack so he kept quiet.

This is probably in between punches lmao.

Then Ross admits he should have told Mack. That trying to get Charity to do it was a cop-out. That he just didn't want to ruin their relationship and hurt someone who means so much to him.

Mack cries or something. He tells Ross that he's been a coward and he's angry at both him and Charity for destroying his ability to trust either of them. He feels like he's lost his family and everyone he trusts betrays him.

Ross admits it. Says he never wanted another kid. That he felt something for Leyla at the hospital but he let that cord get cut. That he told himself it was for Charity and for Sarah but it was also for himself.

Mack says he felt the same about Reuben. That he wanted that kid so badly but part of him was relieved to give him up for Charity. That he let her take the blame in his mind.

Mack says this is probably his just desserts for Reuben and everything that happened there. That Charity forgave him for that so maybe they can work through it.

Ross says if that's what Mack wants, but he thinks Mack shouldn't blame himself. That Charity didn't do it to balance the scales, she did it because she made a mistake and then told lie after lie to cover it up. None of this is Mack's fault.

They hug and maybe they talk about finding Reuben or whatever.

And then they kiss lmao.
