2P!Germany is more calm and laid back than 1P!Germany. He does try to be bossy sometimes, but after a while, he'll just give up and say, "Fine, don't listen to me. See if I care."

He has a respect and nigh-on fear of Italy. He'll still fight back against him, but he often loses, and even knows going into arguments that he's going to lose. But he's still stubborn and decides to stand up for himself.

It's even rarer to see 2P!Germany give a smile. He's never really had reason to smile, and doesn't feel that smiling ever makes anything better.

He's not as much of a neat freak as 1P!Germany, but he still likes to keep things neat. If you mess something up, he will make you clean it up, and if you fail to meet his expectations, he will beat you senseless. He's not afraid to kill you if you disappoint him.

He rarely yells at people, but threatens them in a whisper. Usually the quieter he gets, the more worried you should be. Sometimes even Italy will back off if Germany gets angry enough.
