What’s their zodiac sign or which one do you think they relate to the most? What are their placements (if you know them)?

They’re a cancer! Woo they’re one hell of a cancer; they feel way too much, they cry way too much, they’re too empathetic… i’m glad they fit into the given birthdate for the lw since i’m terrible at giving signs to my characters. (My friend has helped me w this sort of thing before actually.) 

What natural alignment are they?

They’re Neutral Good, most probably. It’s a very nebulous sort of way, they’re afraid of huge power structures or organizations because they can have corruption in them, but constantly second guess their own goodness and don’t truly believe themselves good. It’s constantly “yes this seems right to me, but what if it’s not right to other people? just because I think i’m right doesn’t make it right” like sweetie please. you’re driving yourself into an anxiety attack. again.

Give us a summary of their backstory.

Small child born to a man who shouldn’t be a father and doesn’t know how to raise them at all, making their conditions even worse than if someone who made effort. Neglected by excuse of his work and starved for pretty much all affection; raised in a closed environment not good for them in the slightest. Nonverbal for years, has one whole friend, goes through a small amount of teen rebellion while never thinking too much about leaving. They barely can leave their room. Dad abandons them, and in trying to rescue their only friend makes her hate them. Oops. It Gets Better once they’re out of the vault.

What’s their full name and does it have a meaning? Do they have any nicknames and how did they get em?

Zephyr [NameRedacted]. The [nameredacted] thing is just a joke that’s never stopped being funny to me i apologize. It means “of the west wind” the west wind being the gentlest and most favorable wind. Short for Zephyrus, who brought spring and green on the west wind. Ironically well chosen names for a lone wanderer before even thinking of personality or even knowing the plot of the game eheh.

Sexuality Headcanon: ace&pan? ya that sounds goodGender Headcanon: human nick was a trans man, he still get them weird body feelings and has the memories of it… it’s ridiculously important 2 me this one, embarrassingly so, but i like him like. still feeling it. it adds a layer to having the whole “new body that’s not his body” to get used to, and how he really sees his way around it with the synth thing.A ship I have with said character: hancock/nick… uh… think that’s it?A fav friendship I have with said character: nick+piper’s relationship is so good! i tend to think of him like… dadly @ her and nat, since they probably came there when she was a teen, same with nick+ellie, i love them!A NOTP I have with said character: That Cursed Incest ShipA random headcanon: he ends up getting like, frustrated protective of DiMA and he’s so grumpy about it. but like, this damn idiot, with his head in the clouds! wanting others to open their minds to your point of view is great. til you lug a bullet. he’s not allowed to leave acadia he’ll die. General Opinion over said character: he’s the most dadly dad to ever dad, and i don’t wanna disappoint him. really thou, he’s just.. really well-written and i’m glad he’s here.

Sexuality Headcanon: he’s gay……Gender Headcanon: agender! A ship I have with said character: x6/sturges!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! please. A fav friendship I have with said character: I actually love the idea of him and Curie interacting? Like, he’s criticizing her that she doesn’t have the qualifications to watch over the sole, she just confidentially matching him. She’s not scared of him. Speaks to him like an equal! Which is… the basis of a friendship. Also listen. Listen it’s also not a friendship, but listen, i love how much he and Nick hate each other. I love how much they snark at each other, pleas,e pleaseA NOTP I have with said character: i dont think i’ve seen anything,, to be a notp? umm… i guess anything w him and father interacting i hate itA random headcanon: he’s really interested in the stars, and space, casually goes through the least burned books in the libraries they visit for anything on the subject. There’s so much in the sky he hadn’t through about until the sole had spent time star gazing. It seemed like a pointless activity. He’s still taking time to consider the idea of ‘art’ and ‘beauty’ but that’s something he definitely uses to define it. The stars, are both a scientific pursuit worthy of time, and something very beautiful to look at, and that is something wonderful.General Opinion over said character: I LOVE HIM!!!! ILOVE HIM!!! HE’S SO INTERESTING he’s the grumpy potato character for this game, he has such depth beneath his supposed stoicness, there’s so much in story for it, and getting closer to him, getting close enough that he trusts you to be open. i just. i want him to be Free and Safe after the institute is gone, it’s best for him away from that place and i wish there was..m ore… for him he’s not boring or unfeeling at all, he’s got so much also let him say fuck
