Me trying to explain my gender: okay do I'm technically non binary but I don't use that term cause it just feels like another binary box. But also I am binary, I'm binary in the sense my gender expression pulls from both masculine and feminine stereotyped binaries. I like the dichotomy of using masculine pronouns and looking stereotypically feminine. I feel trans in the sense that I'm not a woman but I'm also deeply connected to my womanhood as I've been perceived as a woman my whole life and it's fundamentally shaped my experiences. I'm not a man cause the part of masculinity I enjoy is the fact it's the 'opposite' of femininity. I dress masculine most of the time because I feel dysphoric in dresses, apart from when I do goth makeup because then dresses feel like drag and I like that. I don't want androgyny, I want people to look at me and think I'm a man and a woman at the same time. But I'm not bigender because I'm not a man or a woman. My gender identity is inherently tied to my lesbianism and not matter what label I use for my gender I am and always will be a lesbian
