I know i know i know.. I am not very active or posting lots of original posts. Anyhow; I am still trying very hard on my diet. My personal life is a roller coaster; I will be starting a national tour in a week (I am a musician) and I had a lot personal stuff to deal with, which caused me binging again but oh well.. still trying hard on the other days :-)
Starting weight: 250 lbs / 113,7 kg Last weigh-in: 220 lbs / 99,7 Current weight: 216 lbs / 98,2 kg Total lost: 30 lbs / 15,5 kg
