you have survived every bad day so far

Yesterday I had an exhausting day.. Too long, to intense.. Too much feelings. I know that triggers a binge and as expected: I binged. Hard. I allowed myself to smoke some weed before binging and bought a lot of awful shit at the store, to return home and binged so fucking much.. disgusting. Anyhow. As I woke up today, I felt miserable. I was tired af and I decided to stay home and cancel all my plans. I felt horrible for 3 hours. But I finally got motivation to get up and still do the things I planned to do: write a song, go to class (it was one of the most inspirational writing classes ever) and I will have rehearsal in an hour. I feel. so. fucking. good. I didn’t expected this to happen when I was crying this morning. I KNOW I’ll feel better if I just go out of bed.. I know. But it feels like I have stones in my stomach which keep me imprisoned in my own house, the fears get so.. crazy.  Anyone who can relate to this? And want to talk about it?
