Sorry for the late reply. I was working over the holidays, and honestly, it was hell.

Thank you for reaching out.

I started this blog just for myself because I love reading. It doesn’t matter if it’s books, poetry, or fanfics, I just love reading. It’s a short escape from the real world for me, so I was really sad when fics I liked just disappeared overnight (yours included).

So I started reblogging fics to save them for myself. I also went back and searched other blogs for my favourite lost fics. Since this blog was originally just for me, I didn’t tag the reblogs at all at first. As I reblogged more, I started tagging them with shortcuts or nicknames I gave to blogs and writers to make them easier to find again.

Now that more people are interacting with my blog, I try to tag things properly with the full writer/blog name. However, I’ve put a lot of time and effort into “my” archive, so I won’t be changing the tags I’ve already made, you’ll have to bear with the shortcuts and nicknames.

I tried to make the navigation easy and keep people on the blog (and not search whole tumblr). If you click on the tagged letters in the pinned post and then on the tagged writer names, all fics by that writer should show up.

I’m aware of your new profile. As I mentioned, this is a constant work in progress. I work a lot and have weird hours, so please be patient with me, but I will update the navigation list and add your new account there and many more. I also plan to create cross-references for blogs I know are run by the same person, and I want to mark deactivated blogs.

In the future, I also want to reblog all fics from still-active writers (so sorry in advance for the spamming!).

If you’re looking for a more professional archive, the blog archiveofmyown-aomo does a much better job.

And if anyone has a link to a deactivated fic that I didn’t reblog or wants one saved, feel free to send the link to me (I’m still desperately searching for Champeonas from Onabronze).
