NEEDY CHRIS:
ᯓ has always had a fixation with holding loner reader's hands; he's desperate for it and it only really happens in social situations because of reader's social anxiety but he loooves it.
ᯓ every single instagram photo dump includes an overwhelming about of photos of reader, she bugs him about it but he keeps them up because she's so prettyyy (he's so whipped bro)
ᯓ likes pretending there's something in reader's hair or on her face so he gets to be a little closer than normal, she's never questioned it because she gets too nervous in the moment when he leans in to fix whatevers (not actually) there 😋
ᯓ hes scared shitless of bugs spiders and stuff but he tries to act chill if there is one which reader sees completely through and gets rid of them for him
ᯓ he's a big fan of hugging reader from behind, sometimes eye contact for reader is too much even if its just chris and normal hugs can get overwhelming, reader has never once rejected or pushed off a hug if he hugs her from behind so that's his go-to. he loves feeling her relax into it coz he feels good knowing she feels safe enough to relax with him
ᯓ picks up the phone immediately if reader calls him - in a meeting? he's leaving and picking up, he also won't tell her in case she feels bad and tries to hang up which gets him some shit from nick and matt but he literally does not care because he loves hearing her voice
ᯓ pretends to like the tv shows that loner reader likes because she gets excited and let's him come over more than she would normally because it's a low maintenance hang out , he loves seeing her enthusiasm and fixations on various characters and fan theories etc. , he thinks it's adorable :3
LONER READER:
ᯓ says chris has a "stupid face" when he does his little puppy dog eyes around reader , she thinks it's adorable but likes when he gets jokingly defensive if she points it out
ᯓ has a few of chris' hoodies and sometimes puts them on if she gets anxious, likes that it smells of him and it gets her to think about when he gave them to her, she finds it really helpful c:
ᯓ has lots and lots of polaroids of "her friends" on her pinboard (it's basically a billion of her and chris or just chris) aswell as some little notes he wrote to her in class or left in her house. she likes his little doodles and the ones where he calls her pretty girl c:
ᯓ physical contact is okay with onlyyy chris , she might spend a little more time with matt (because her crush on chris makes her too nervous unlike with matt) but stays closer to meters away from other people and centimeters or less away from chris, she also forgets people might see it as something other than platonic so she gets flustered if someone asks if they're dating
ᯓ gets pretty bad nightmares most nights and gets really embarrassed if chris is there but he loves comforting her, they tend to cuddle close after she has one, usually with loner reader as the little spoon as she likes feeling and hearing him breathing behind her so she knows he's alive and well aswell as the fact she knows she's safe
ᯓ most of the time she thinks chris is the cutest on the planet coz he's so obviously enamoured and hangs off her every word until she thinks he's the hottest on the planet when he's being protective and possessive, she won't admit it but it's obvious she enjoys it a little too much sometimes c:
