Tonkotsu Chashu Ramen - A half dozen pork chashu slices with boiled bean sprouts, green onions, woodear mushrooms and roasted sesame with their specialty wheat noodles and their ultra famous pork broth. The broth seriously tastes like liquid bacon and the noodles are the right amount of chewy.
