(This is to note, that I am a full-blooded Filipina that’s just been studying the Korean Language as a hobby. This conversation happened without me giving my full attention to what I’ve been sending as I was in a 3-hour long LIVE online korean class. I’ve only been chatting with this korean person close to a month now. We are just friends and are chatting for language exchange.)

Hwajangshil = Restroom/Toilet
Samushil = Office
(I wrote hwajangshil instead of samushil on the first line. My mind wanted to say 회사원 ‘hwesawon’ meaning ‘company’, I wanted to type 사무실 ‘samushil’ which translates to ‘office’ and ended up writing 화장실 ‘hwajangshil’ meaning ‘toilet’ as a result) 🤣

Family for years you requested it, now its finally here! Pleased to announce that the Spirit is Eternal book should be ready in time for the UK's Black History Month in October to ensure that our French-speaking family are also not left out of the learning!! It has been our objective from day one to ensure that as a global family who now speak different languages due to being subjected to Colonial Terrorism, we now face barriers in communicating with each other! Hence it has been our wish to ensure all our learning resources can be translated into the Colonial languages as a start, then into 5 key African languages! Sadly the Donate button on our website is the most underused button so this means time and again we have to save the proceeds from the sales of our resources to re-invest into translations and this is why it takes us years to bring them out so slowly! But all this can change with YOUR consistent support! So to date, we have English, Spanish and now, French versions of the book...next we're aiming for Portuguese, Italian and German. Then its Kiswahili, Twi, Yoruba, Tswana and Zulu! The cost for translating the film so its multi-lingual is so immense we haven't even broached that yet, but that is also on the table of considerations! None of the above will be possible as quickly as you request it though, if you're not willing to support via donations but are rather content to wait for us to fund it all out of pocket!
