Today was truly one to remember from my navy career. With the help of some amazing people @_imamermaidd_ & @beach_bum_emu Combat Systems department had a successful community service project. We spent several hours cleaning the beach and making it just a little more environmentally safe for the people and animals around it. LEG DAY!!!! I know.. I went on a social media hiatus, but I’M back!! Started off this week with a killer leg & booty workout with my favorite gym buddy & lovey husband @codycickx The only hams I kill are the ones on this body. Here we go again!!! Another week, another underway. No one looks forward to being on a ship in the middle of the ocean with no destination, but THATS MY JOB. It’s no cruise ship, but I always come back home. Knowing that eventually I will be home is what keeps me strong and motivated me.
