Singapore- Level 33
After leaving the Gardens by the Bay we walked the 20mins to Level 33- the highest brewery in the world. It’s a nice walk towards the downtown area and along the way you run into the Olympic Lake which has really stunning skyline views
Level 33 is in the building cluster right across the lake
To get across the street you go through a mall that is under the street. Honestly it’s a really clever use of space.
The mall leads out to an underground parking garage which you can take the elevator to the main lobby. From there you exit the elevator and walk to the other side of the building- a very fancy office building where you clearly do not belong- and take a second set of elevators up to the 33rd floor.
The doors open and you are in Level 33. The highest brewery in the world. There was a private function going on so half the space was taken up by that making all other seating space a premium. They have a long list of home brews and also some very fancy cocktails.
Obviously, the best views were already taken but we did manage to snag a table with a view of the bay and some of the city.
It was a standing table on the side of the building because we weren’t ordering food it was ok.
The view was really good and my friends said the beer was tasty. Not liking beer, I had a mojito was delicious.
We thought about going to another bar but we were already exhausted so it was time to call it a night. A really good night.
