I'm probably completely wrong but for some reason, the first thing I possibly thought of when she said "your face is familiar" is, what if we were once a kid at the Kindergarten before we grew up. Or if you want to go towards a more PPT route, we worked there before the whole thing (which would be way less possible considering we are not recognized as a player)

But a second thought was more meta, but what if The Nanny recognized us from future chapters and is now trying to get us to stop going because once we do, it'll set off a chain of events. Stinger Flynn gets mad at us, Jumbo and banban fight, the chapter 4 floor falls apart after BG makes a joke and Bouncelia laughs, The Naughty ones are released, Toadster leaves us, the whole gang becomes Naughtified, Banban is injured, we meet Syringeon, Toadster kills BG, Jumbo eats the wand, Syringeons hates us, Flumbo is let out, we see Banban again, Stinger Flynn is tiny, Banban and Syringeon have an argument and resulting in Banban killing him, Flumbo and Banban fight which results in both fo them dying, and we think we hear our kid before we get the head of Miss Mimiker(?) Thrown at us to reveal Brushista ✌️ (can you tell I wasn't sure how to organise the order if events that happened?)
