So I made some amazing Keto Flatbread. So for lunch today is this nice big juicy Keto sandwich. Cut the Flatbread in half and filled it with mayo, cheddar, prosciutto and some bell pepper for a crunch. Delicious 🤤👍 . . The Flatbread was made like this: Melted 200g of mixed shredded cheese with 100g of cream cheese. Added 75g of almond flour and 50g of flaxseed flour. Also 1 egg and a teaspoon of baking powder. Seasoned it with oregano and Himalayan salt. Mixed it into a dough the made 4 circular pieces on a baking paper.
