INDOOR BOOT CAMP (FOREST HILL) STARTS IN LESS THAN A WEEK!  REGISTER NOW! I am conducting an Indoor Boot Camp at 491 Eglinton Avenue West, Suite 400 (at Groove School of Dance @groovedanceto , www.grooveschoolofdance.com) starting November 29th.  The days and times are Wednesdays at 6:30pm and Saturdays at 8:15am.  Sessions are 1 hour.  This camp is running for 4 weeks.  Get an early start on your New Year’s resolution and get fit for spring! These sessions are also great for those already following a fitness regime.  The camp employs high intensity interval training (:45-1:00 work periods followed by short :30 rest).  We will be using bodyweight exercises, kettlebells, battling ropes, resistance bands and more. Package of 8 sessions (4 weeks) is $200+HST.  There is also a drop-in rate of $30+HST.
