And another shot from up the way #lakeblanche one of the hardest things I've done in my adult life. I don't talk about it often, but I have a #connectivetissue disorder called #elhersdanlos that makes certain activities more risky and hard. I feel particularly proud of myself for being able to do a six mile hike round trip with difficult terrain and heavy gear. It took an hour a mile, three hours each way. My calves are sore and my knees swelled up for a half a day,but the rewards were well worth the effort. Shout out to anyone able to do this or things like this!!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻 You're an inspiration!
