It's been at least a week since the last time I seriously thought I was dying but much longer since that feeling has lasted this long. Tonight I invented an allergy (Im allergic to nothing) and was (..am) convinced my throats swelling up and that I would die. Calmed down enough to take half an anti-anxiety pill, half an hour later still 100% sure I'm dying and so I take another half and this is the best part...I choked on it and its been stuck in my throat for an hour I can feel it and I'm still semi convinced I'm dying. And during this whole process I've been watching a shitty romcom on Netflix cause my mother no longer takes me seriously when I say I'm dying, I wouldn't either. Brains man, they make you feel things. Dumb things.
