eight work projects, at least four personal projects (two curtains, socks, hats, not all for me but—personal, more personal than the work ones), and none of this is counting the sweaters or things like socks I want to actually publish as patterns but don’t have time to develop right now.
Grishaverse knitting ideas! (Excluding the ones I’m already working on/have already made)
1) Chunky cosy knit jumper that says no mourners no funerals
2) Jumper with a boat on it and underneath it says berth 22. And if there’s enough space then it would either say Ferolind or Wraith on the side of the boat.
3) Six tiny plush ghosts, and then you display five on one shelf and one on the other because his ghosts isn’t associating with their ghosts (I think I’m really funny)
4) Izzy dolls of different characters!!!! I think these would be so freaking cute
5) Okay this one is one I’ve already made but I don’t think I’ve ever talked about it on here so: scarves in kefta designs!! I made a healer one for myself and a durast one for my bestie and I love them sm. This was early in my colourwork journey (and when I say early I mean it, we’re talking about a time where I drew up rough charts with highlighters on square-paged sticky notes and then just went for it) so they aren’t works of art but I still love them
6) Blue jumper w sun embroidered/colourworked onto it for Alina
7) Literally anything you want in Kefta colours. Take out mug cosies in Kefta colours. Fingerless gloves in Kefta colours. Mittens in Kefta colours. Socks in Kefta colours. Anything you can dream of making with colour work? KEFTA COLOURS
Handmade leg warmers are perfect for colder weather and easy to wear with everyday outfits. Knitting and crochet patterns are available, making these look lovely with boots or skirts for winter styling 🧶
The link to my Etsy to download the pattern is on my profile. Have a fab weekend all
Have to drive to town for a paved walking path, but we couple it with errands or hitting the grocery store on this side of the mountain. Recently tried knitting while walking and it's a lot easier than I feared, so now I like to bring along a little project when I can.
Go Kiki Go! and Red Ribbon from the Ghibli Club by Oakwood Knits (& her IG) looking super pretty in natural light!

these are socks i knitted about a month ago or sth but was way too lazy to take any pictures and post
the “flower” ones are colorwork and i’m still not very good at it, the dinosaurs were embroidered bc it was easier this way
used this pattern
does anyone with experience drafting or modifying knitting patterns have any advice for how to figure out how to scale up a project? i have a pattern for arm warmers that i want to try making but they’re for kids so i know i’ll need to make them bigger overall, but i’m not sure how to figure out how much bigger to make them, specifically casting on/ the circumference in general, i’m just going to knit them until they’re as long as i want them to be so i’m less worried about figuring out how much longer to make them. any advice or resources would be much appreciated!
