Throwback to 2013-ish when I first started making quirky pudding artworks. This was the first one, 'Knickerbocker Yoghurt'.

As you can likely tell, this is actually a flower vase but it worked well for us. There are a lot of ways you can make a knickerbocker glory. Ours has vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, strawberry jello, raspberry sauce, strawberries, blueberries, mango, cherries and chocolate hazelnut tuilles on top. Honestly it’s probably one of the best ice cream based desserts I have ever had. I loved it and will definitely be making it again, many times.
