So been doing some critical thinking for my colossal SW story, thinking it be best to just have it take place within the Old Republic Era. With the bad rap that SW has been getting since Disney took over the rights, I think it'll be better this way. With all the inconsistencies the canon timeline is and was especially in Old Legends (but not by much compared to the current canon), this allows more leg room to do whatever really where I don't have to feel obligated enough to utilize existing lore and characters. I was only going to have a few characters appear like Thrawn and Bo Katan for the most part but... that means Id have to work out something with Klothow that makes sense. This means that her role in Ahsoka will more likely be erased but not the character itself. So its either, I keep what I have intact or, maybe have the story set in the future or as an alternate timeline? Any suggestions?
