Pull Up Clinic
Fresh from my injured scapula, I knew I needed to really take care of what I did in this workout and I didn't expect it to be pulls up which is quite lads and scapula heavy.Β But anyway we learned the hollow position which I am still failing to badly at it. We proceeded to do kipping pull ups and I am slowly starting to get the hang of it but I really want to proceed to doing butterflies as I feel they have better momentum and the kipping pull up.Β

I have been working with Sam once a week for 4 weeks on Kipping pull ups. When we started, he had the strength to do a strict pull up, but couldn't figure out the motion/rhythm of the kip. Over the last 4 weeks, we worked on progressions, shoulder mobility and learning how to be aggressive with the hips. Today, Sam knocked out 15 unbroken kipping pull ups!
