I think that’s one of the main reasons it pisses me off, they advocate against classism yet pull this shit
the uk is an extremely classist society and a huge portion of the population are struggling for money and have done for the last century lbr
I grew up on wartime rations because my family is poor af and hell yeah some of those foods are comforts for me
it’s painful going down the street and seeing someone homeless around every corner especially when you have no money yourself to help them
and the government keep making cuts after cuts effectively killing of the poor, the elderly and the disabled and they’ve somehow brainwashed people into believing it’s “for the greater good”
people don’t hear about this shit in the uk and i’m tired of people making these assumptions all the time like literally fuck off I don’t have the patience for this anymore

Cinder. She’s an awful flirt and well Lydia was pretty so she couldn’t help but make the odd flirty comment. And maybe it’s her imagination but she laughed at her jokes and flirted back.Â
And shortly after Lydia was like “so can I buy you dinner then?” and Cinder was like “holy shit I wasn’t imagining things yes sure okay”
Apparently the way to a woman’s heart is to be covered in blood and have a killer beard and awful jokes.Â

I mean a lot of things change. Location, for starters. Cinder decides to take a gamble and move and open a shop…and she wants Lydia to come with her.Â
So with that comes them learning how to live with one another, maybe finding a few annoying habits the other has (stop with the mucky shoes inside Cinder! just because I can magic away grime does not mean you get away with it!) and as a result of that the other person then tweaking things about themselves (whether it’s a conscious change or not).Â
25. Why do they fight?
They disagree on shop things mostly. Like how Cinder’s too nice and throws in freebies too liberally. Cinder thinks Lydia could do with loosening up a little because if you’re nice then people remember it and come back to you. And if they’ll only come back for freebies then fuck those people.Â
