This week's kindness focuses on the value of crying. When your brain has too much of one chemical, when your heart is overflowing with strong emotions, your body flushes them out through tears. Anger, sadness, joy, compassion, grief, all of these things find release through your tears. Crying is good for your body, for your mind, it helps restore equilibrium and bring you back to yourself when everything feels like it's too much.
