So I have a concept. Those but they are slightly misspelled like this

Onion, garlic (as much as you want), finely diced ginger, jalapeños, 180gm vegetable oil, 200gm tomato paste, ¾ tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp paprika, ¾ allspice, ¼ tsp cayenne, bunch very ripe Bananas, 400gm sweet vinegar (what kind doesn't matter so long as its sweet), 675gm brown sugar, 200gm light soy sauce and finally 75gm fish sauce! Salt to taste.

Pretty simple, put your aromatics in a blender and blend with a bit of vegetable oil and set aside, blend the bananas with the liquids set aside, Sautee the blended veggies until the liquid mostly evaporates and it becomes more pulpy, then add tomato paste and cook down again until it becomes a beautiful orange, then add spices and allow to toast for a minute or two, then add banana blend, stir and add brown sugar, reduce until it becomes really thick and jammy, and you're done!

The ingredients are verbatim from my friends recipe, but I can translate into American if you'd prefer!
