y'know, I think little Ari was always destined for tumblr 🫡
In other news the food delivery guy accidentally gave me someone else's bag (full of spinach) and it was too late when I noticed it among all my other bags of groceries, so now I am stuck with a mountain of spinach
Happy April Fool's I guess rgbrrhrvdb
bejdables...
The craziest part is that my d&d character who I've been playing since 2024 is named Spinch. And now that name is forever linked with the most unhinged I've ever seen Ally

One of the biggest things that disgusts me and terrifies me about generative AI is that those who are proponents of it seem to think it is both their right and their duty to initiate this massive cultural shift as well as force it into the lives of people who hate it. No context would ever make me not hate it, but the world will always be filled with things that you hate; the difference is that society is generally not structured with this belief that autonomous adults should be forced to accept with things they despise and integrate them into their lives, but tech bros act like you’re a mentally deficient troglodyte for seeing no value in the prospect of the film industry or art or music being replaced by AI transformers.
If I really really hate spinach, that doesn’t mean I hate that people are growing and cultivating spinach and introducing it to the culinary realm and free market; I’m allowed to hate the spinach without hating that other people use it and cook with it and eat it because, as an adult, I am never under this constant social pressure to buy it, and have it in my home, and make my dishes with it, or eat dishes that other people have made with it. It is my right to abstain from using things I hate.
If generative AI did become just an artistic or genre “niche” perpetuated by that circle of people who use it in their own lives but also allow art to develop and progress culturally without integration of or replacement by AI, I’d still have a manifesto’s worth of words to criticize and condemn it, but I wouldn’t have to be so worried all the time. But instead I have to live in the constant fear that the beautiful and moving and incredible art that people pour their heart and souls into that I have come to love will soon become culturally irrelevant and obsolete in favor of instant gratification and the eradication of work and the human influence, because for the soulless AI tech bro with no life and no friends and no one to love them, all that’s left is to convince other people that their meaningless slop is better than reality and you’re an idiot for not succumbing to it.
god *** is so fucking annoying sometimes. I lie about when my real medical appointment is (so I can leave earlier) and he still pressures me to stay for longer. bro. I have a fucking appointment. I am not staying to drink more tea and not rlly talk about anything with you. in what fucking universe is that more important to me than my goddamn appointment.
maaaaaaaaaay be failing spanch yall
