Let’s start 2019 with a repost of Freyas #keloidremoval. The #keloid (That they named Barry btw) had been around for 4 years before I evacuated him from his squatted home. Pictures is before, fresh and 3 months healed. This was done at @calmbodymodification almost 4 years ago and Barry has been long gone since. Barry was born due to a botched piercing. To dumb it down #keloids comes from the body not knowing when to stop healing so it keeps building scar tissue and simply doesn’t stop. As you can see Barry had his own blood supply. This can’t happen to anyone so don’t worry too much. Small bumps are more common but that’s usually #hyphertropic scarring. I've been struggling with the formation of keloids on my daith since the beginning of April. With my factory job, I've gotten the push to take better care of this guy since I have ear plugs in and out of my ears all day! I can finally feel less self conscious about this piercing and am considering getting my curved barbell swapped out for something cuter!
