Even though we are not able to have any mass community activities, keeping fit cannot take a back seat. That’s why Tampines North IPPT Kakis are now on Zoom! I joined a trial session last Tuesday night and thought it went well. We will be opening it up to public from next week. Last Tuesday, Tampines North IPPT Kakis gathered for our weekly exercise. We were already practising safe distancing. However, with the subsequent measures which stopped any gatherings more than 10 people, we will suspend this voluntary group for now. We stood close together, but only for a short while, when taking a group photo and when waiting for the traffic lights during our neighbourhood run.
