Actually yes you can!

If you go into the right set of tiles for which ever PC name you want to change (i.e Warden, Hawke, Inquisitor) and click directly on the character, there is a pencil icon right by their name that will allow you to change the name. Alternatively you can do the same in the Heroes tab of the Keep.

The Dragon Age Keep has gotten a major update, now allowing you to uncover spoiler tiles! Yes! Which I did my best to direct you up above on how to do that.

However, there were a few other long awaited updates as well, the ability to delete Inquisitors under the Heroes tab, fill in your Dragon Age careers, and even upload custom icons for all heroes (i.e. fan-made/fanart or in-game icons). So go clean up, clear out, and play around with your Inquisition World States as you please, finally.

Tiles do not ALL unlock with game completion, they unlock on what decision you make, if you actually go underneath your “Hidden” tiles you will find the one decision in each mission/companion that you made (or however many of the decision you actually ran through) that is unhidden and available to be chosen for that set of tiles.

For example, my Specialization tile group:

It looks like I haven’t unlocked any Specializations, however, if I go under the “Hidden” tab.

I will find the two Specialization I’ve unlocked so far in the game are NOT hidden, but because the group's default tile (whatever tile/specialization shows for the group by default) isn’t unlocked in my game and so is hidden, making it seem the rest of the tile are hidden when they are not.

It’s a really stupid setup that Bioware did, but ultimately it is so people who don’t know what happens for other choices in the mission and don’t want to until they “uncover” it themselves (ex. Calpernia existing versus Samson) don’t get spoiled. But for us who don’t care it is certainly frustrating.

OH! I just noticed something else too! Please make sure to click through even the hidden Spoiler blocks. Because often there are uncovered tiles underneath them, it is just that the default tile is not unlocked yet.

That does suck! 

Although Bioware does recommend going to you last save in your chosen Inquisitor/playthrough, re-save it, and then wait for a bit before checking the Keep again. Hopefully that will turn off the Spoiler Blocks (not that, that will help you :C).

Also if you have multiple World States, do make sure you are on the right World State (with the correct completed quest) I made this momentary mistake.

There was actually a debate about this in Keep Beta. The Keep devs asked if the Keepers wanted to include Brother Genitivi's fate, Gaxkang's fate, or the fate of the slaver (and in extension elves). I believe the Brother won out unfortunately, but I could be wrong or they may add it anyways,

Yes this is actually changed from the original story line, you are not at all wrong or going crazy. The fact is this was retconned (though there may be an in-game explanation as to why) and I’m assuming it is because of the events in Inquisition. The meeting between the Mages and Templars is actually taking place at Haven, where the Urn of Sacred Ashes quest took place.
