Oh, I’ve expressed a handful of times that I think her EqG design is absurdly sexy.

I’m like “Who designed her to be so damn alluring looking in a kids/pre-teen show?” But maybe it’s just subjective and she happens to literally hit all my buttons by pure coincidence. A lot like Sunset in that regard.

I’ve got nothing to be critical of the design itself. Other than her general color scheme, but that’s an old argument that applies to pony Starlight as well, and it’s not one I care to reiterate.

About the only critique I have of EqG Starlight is her eyes–not her eyes themselves; God her eyes make me swoon as they are. But they’re nothing like her pony eyes.

Pony Glimmer has the very generic standard-round pony eyes. I’ve always been a proponent of making the characters more visually unique, so in a sense I like her eyes as a human. And while I’d kinda like for her pony eyes to look more like her human eyes, such a retroactive change would probably be really jarring to a lot of people, including me, ironically.

So she’s probably gonna have these inconsistent eyes forever and it’s always gonna low-key bug me but aaaaaaaaaugh such is the life of artist.

I mean, it’d sort of depend on if Cousland wanted it to be happy.

Unlike the other nobles, Bryce and Eleanor is willing to let their children choose whoever they wish to marry. I believe Howe mentions this during that exact conversation.

It’s how Fergus ends up with Oriana, an Antivan woman from a relatively rich trading family. Instead of the daughter of some local bann.

Politically it’d be a Good alliance for the Howes to marry into the Couslands, while I’m sure Bryce would be content having his good friend as an in-law. Still “Warden” Cousland would never have been pushed into a marriage he didn’t want to fulfill as happy.

Rather it was Delilah’s father, Rendon, who was pushing her to marry Cousland and as far as her being happy with the match? It would, like always, depend on Cousland. Delilah was after all unhappy with the idea of marrying a stuck up teyrn’s boy.

So if Cousland was really father’s little brat and wanted to marry Delilah, yeah it might not a happy marriage that went through (at Rendon’s demand of his daughter) and they would both probably end up miserable. If Cousland wasn’t a brat and still pushed for marriage, Delilah might be offended, hate it at the start, and then eventually realize she had misjudged. So not terrible, but not the best either.

Probably because she’s essentially a protagonist in the game–so she gets the most screen-time and development and thus makes the biggest impression in people’s minds.
