Mmkay. So. We all know OSHA? Yes? Yes. One of the two refrigerants we deal with is flammable, so we need signage for the outdoor storage, per OSHA. And thennnnnn our Purchasing guy quit on Tuesday, there is one warehouse guy because they pulled the other one, no one will tell me if they ACTUALLY HIRED A REFRIGERANT GUY - so, I was like, All right. I will just figure out how to order the sign myself.

I went to the warehouse to go over the details with Micah (lone warehouse worker) and found out that the OXYGEN AND ACETYLENE TANK BINS ARE UNLABELED AND STORED TOO CLOSE TO EACH OTHER.

Guess who:

researched OSHA tank storage policy for acetylene and oxygen tank storage (TWENTY [20] FEET APART PEOPLE)

scheduled the tank move

talked to the GM to get the approval/ notify him of the issue

"LM, that's so stupid because techs use these tanks in the field together all the time! What could happen?

"Well, sir. The uh, the difference is 1 set of tanks in use? At worst, you blow up a truck. 40 tanks sitting in storage? Level this building."

"Oh. Yeah, let's not do that. Fine. Go order the signs and fix it." *sighs*

found all THREE of the appropriate signs, got us a 15% off coupon, and bought them?

Oh my god, yes, it was me!

Then I found out that none of the warehouse shelving is bolted to the floor? NONE.
