I had a full schedule every day and black belt graduation at @joeyperrymartialarts and I fell behind. But I'm back now, and this week we will be repeating Week 2 starting with Day 8 of the #ironwill4weekfinalcut daily video workout program Quads & Glutes Part 1 1⃣Circuit 1/Complete 4 times -Seated Leg Extensions (drop set): 10,10 reps -Lunges: 10 reps -Squats: 10 reps -Lunges: 10 reps -Squats: 10 reps 2⃣Circuit 2/Complete 4 times -Adductor Machine: 10 reps -Abductor Machine: 10 reps -Straight Leg Glute Kickback: 10 reps per leg -Seated Calf Raise: 20 reps 3⃣Steady State Cardio (69%-70% max HR): 25 minutes 4⃣Standing Core Twist: 150 reps Part 2 1⃣Captains Chair Knee Raise: 4 sets/20 reps 2⃣Steady State Cardio (60%-70% max HR): 25 minutes 3⃣Standing Core Twist: 150 reps --------------------------------------------------------- Cardio will be performed twice a day but never directly before a weight lifting workout. If you lift in the morning, you will have an evening cardio and core twist on top of the lifting, cardio, and core twists.
