I wish the story focused even more on Lucy and Coop. Actually, I wish there were just more episodes.

And like, I like Ghoulcy as a concept a lot - just wish the moments were framed a bit more central / intentional with this being a romance build up if they are going for it. Like tender music queues or so

They all curve in such peculiar ways.

And the houses… how would you know which blue one?

it does make a lot of sense as a sort of evolutionary adaptation essentially for a highly socialized and community based species

especially one where adults live for many years after they're sexually productive and aside from still being able to perform useful labor for the group, they have a lot of knowledge that it's highly useful to pass on

language facilitates being able to pass on that info

additionally it allows for deepening social bonds, further strengthening both interpersonal connections and overall group bonds. it allows for instance billions of people to feel they are part of the same in group across the world today (I'm thinking specifically of religion) whereas for other primates the in group is often limited to maybe a few dozen individuals they live with immediately
