International Yoga Day is celebrated on June 21 every year to spread awareness about the invaluable benefits of Yoga. Practising yoga might seem like just stretching, but it can do much more for your body than the way you feel, look and move. It even helps you with increased flexibility, muscle strength and body tone. It improves respiration, energy and vitality. Every year on International Yoga Day, people gather at a place like yoga studios or other communal spaces and perform yoga together. Yoga is believed to have originated in India thousands of years ago and also finds mentioned in ancient mythological books like the Rig Veda. At our Institute, we do celebrate International Yoga Day with lots of enthusiasm every year. This year we did celebrate this day under the guidance of the Hetal Desai ( @hetalsyogclinic ). We are very much thankful to her and the team for such wonderful lectures cum yoga classes. Also, we are thankful to our Director ( @niti2256 ) ma'am for the whole celebration. It was a different and mesmerising event. Generally, we feel stress and anxiety at the workplace instead we had calmness and relaxation. I heartily give my gratitude to all my colleagues and the team of Hetal's Yog Clinic for such an energising day. - #yoga #internationalyogaday #jurjun7 #spiesr #health #fitness (at sardar Patel institute of economic and social research) https://www.instagram.com/p/CfE0ejeskoR/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
