I immediately thought of Jun' and Donnie in a Tangled AU where he takes her to go see the 'stars' purely out of spite because she doesn't believe that they're lanterns (she actually does believe him but she clocks his know it all attitude very quickly and figures playing ignorant is the best way to secure his help. She is correct 💜🙂‍↕️)

They fall in love over the days it takes to get to the kingdom. Donnie is in denial about his feelings the entire time until he watches her light up at the sight of the lanterns floating over the water 💜💜
