The bargain.

That Starscream mould was so bizarrely handled. Don Figueroa designs a cool new look for seekers for the War Within comic, Takara create a near-perfect rendition of it in plastic, and then Hasbro… just don't release it. So they don't deflect people from buying the ridiculous oversized one that nobody wanted. They do this one which looks more like Thrust, another one that's supposed to be Dirge if you squint, but no actual normal Starscream.

Ooooh! Aaaah! Wooooo! But Sexy Sterner Stuff (I hear you cry), how can I too enjoy the celebrations throughout Julybertron? Is there a special dance to do? Must I dress in national costume?

No, silly goose! The rules are so simple! So very simple!

Rule 1: Throughout the month of July, post pictures, natter about and generally have fun with toys from (or similar to) the Cybertron line of transformers.

Rule 2: NO OTHER RULES. Just have fun with it!

And who better to rep the mid-2000s massive than Soundwave?

Oh, I want to say this is my favourite Soundwave. But this being the (admittedly very pretty) Galaxy Force version, it can't actually transform properly. One of the hinges is slightly misaligned and you can't get the jet mode to go together right.
