I started doubting myself for a minute on whether I got Jinta and Ururu mixed up somehow. But it looks like the colorized translation just had a typo?

or with the fights between ururu and jinta or maybe late night bad dreams :( he would make silly jokes. aw i love him

He genuinely cares about Jinta and Ururu like his own kids.

And Jinta who is annoys (bullies) Ururu often shows genuine concern for her and wants her to be recover and be happy. (just like real brothers are lmao the suckers)

And since I'm already here, I will share a small theory I thought of.

You remember how in the first chapters ururu got terribly scared when urahara discovered she gave Rukia the wrong item (mod soul) AND how she flinched when he went to pat her head, thinking he would hit her?? (sorry don't have the panels now)

So many of my lovely moots are sharing what their ocs are going as for Halloween and so I thought I'd get in on the fun!

I'll share Shriek and Carla, Mae, and Circe's costumes at a later date, but now seems like a good time to share the Seraphim's costumes!

Gryphon, Gabriel, Izzy, and Reggie are doing a group costume this year as the "new and improved" glamrock animatronics. Gryphon as Roxy, Gabe as Monty, Izzy as Glamrock Chica, and Reggie as "Chef Hippo"

Nemo is a jack-in-the-box with his stroller decorated to look like the box. His chop-chop skills make him perfectly suited to spring up and make grabby hands for candy!

Thea is doing a Beetlejuice costume with Hestia. Except Thea is the sand worm and Hestia is Lydia Deetz.

Lami is going as a plague doctor with Monty as her reanimated cadaver. Monty's plush pink trail of intestines doubles as a scarf in case it gets chilly.

Bonney is going as a Terror Guma while Jimmy is a pizza chef. Bonney's using her long prop arms to pilfer candy from other trick-or-treaters.

Ashken is the Headless Horseman with a shadow in the jack-o-lantern head to make it extra scary. It also gives him an excuse to use some of his new sword tricks.

Jinta is wearing one of those inflatable Halloween costumes, but unfortunately the biggest one only fits up to his shoulders. He was supposed to be a balloon animal but everyone confused him for a hot dog.

Gabriel gets a vintage style cake, cuz he's a classy boi. While Gryphon gets a tall cake cuz you can sline it longer. (The serial candle blower has been foiled! For now till he gets his slice.)

Thea gets a snake cake coiling around her her cake.

Ashken gets a four tear spooky cake that's a dentist's nightmare. Graveyard with cookie headstones, marshmallow spiderwebs, chocolate bats (like chocolate turtles), and topped with a zombie's brain cake.

Jimmy gets a sweet and simple pancake tower. Bonney obviously helped. (Based on my favorite birthday memory of my mom waking me up with a small stack, only seems fitting)

Monty have a flamingo cake (frosted the same as the grass/fur cakes) also got a new set of sunglasses and gave his old ones to the cake.
